Different companies operate in our country and each company is at a different stage of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. For this, as a team of "Caucasus Consulting Group of Companies" LLC, we offer you formatted services. With our experiences, training solutions and consulting services, we ensure that your organization achieves ISO 9001 certification in an easy and official manner. The training process consists of 5 stages:
Stage-1: Preparation
We begin by laying the foundation for the first phase of successful ISO 9001 certification, focusing on critical activities such as training, conducting gap analyzes and planning.
Stage-2: Documentation
Writing the required documents is often considered the most difficult and time-consuming phase of implementation. At this point, you will need to interpret each ISO 9001 requirement in the context of your company and develop specific procedures.
Phase-3: Implementation
The implementation phase involves introducing new procedures to employees and helping them adapt and improve their work processes. At this stage, your company should see numerous process improvements and efficiency gains.
Stage-4: Internal Audit
Internal audits conduct checks to ensure the effective implementation of your ISO 9001 system within the company. A full internal audit is mandatory prior to certification.
Stage-5: Certification
The ISO 9001 certificate is issued by an independent and accredited registrar after a successful certification audit. This step includes selecting a registrar, preparing for a two-stage certification audit, and implementing marketing and certification activities.
